Joshua is incarcerated in Colorado, he specializes in ink and watercolor. He also does great work in airbrush and acrylic. Please welcome him as our most recent addition to Prisonarte.

What got me into drawing and creating art was wanting to escape, not just from prisons but escape this crazy destructive life. Constantly being surrounded by chaos. I found out I could immerse myself in my art and escape from these walls. When I create something that puts a smile on someones face, I love it!

Even if I get someone to think about life it brings up emotions that they didn't know they had and remembering someones loved ones. Art inspires in me so much positivity, love and mixed emotions.
